INSTITUTE OF LAW
Mission: To
train manpower to a high degree of professional skill with a special
sensitivity to ethical and moral concern.
Objectives: The
main objective of School of law are:
1. To provide sound
knowledge of legal systems, principles and applications.
2. To use mordern methods fo instruction to impart legal education.
3. To find solutions to the problems, wherever necessary.
4. To create realization that protection of life is important.
5. To start new acadmic Seminars in the emerging field of law.
6. To have greter appreciation for law abiding persons.
Law is the system of
the socity. It has become very essential to have the knowledgeof
law for everyone to be the good citizen of a country. Ignorance
of law is not excusable. the proper study of law is also essential
for law enforcing authroties as well as pleaders. Those who wish
to join the legal law is also require to have prolonged studies
and training in law and legal practice. with the increasing demand
of trained lawyer, it has become necessary that adequate number
of teacher of law with with deep devotion to understand, and ability
to comminicate the besic concepts of law of the land and other countries,
are produced. In view of this, Bar Council of India has emphasized
the study of law for a prolonged period with entry after the 10+2
level and also Master degree courses in law.
The school aims to
train lawyers to high degree of professional skills with a special
sensitivity of ethical and moral concerns. Comprehensive knowledge
in Tax & Corporate Law, Litigation, Environment Law, Health
Care Oraganisation Law and International Law shall be provoded in
the acadmic program of the school.
